Dinner: japanese grilled lean beef (used salt as seasoning only), lettuce without dressing and white rice. Super yum!
Meal before bed: cumin flavoured chicken breast with konjac udon and a little bit kimchi (keto friendly sugar content)
Sweet treats before bed: half size of my daily oatcake due to carbs quota (rolled oats + unsweetened almond milk + baking powder) (recipe see story highlight) + chocolate lava cake flavoured ice cream (xtend isolate whey powder + almond milk (1:2), top with pb - match with hot green tea

[What I eat on a Saturday!!? 我週六吃什麼?] Delts training and no cardio. Have started to go crazy lately about dieting. Time is f running out. Getting stressed. Knowing I have to stay calm, get back on track and finish this thing. This is what I chose to do so no falling back. #stayconfident i'm always a believer 👍🏻

Small treat & post-workout: iced americano from a nice coffee shop + pistachio. Had achim original flavoured instant chicken breast after gym
Dinner: very small portion of brown rice, instant airfried cod fillet, choy sum. Not full so added konjac noodles with the instant beef tenderloin + some kimchi with very low sugar content..... didnt count as that were a trace amount only (though i think i should :()
Sweet treats before bed: small oatcake for myself with rolled oats + pb + unsweetened almond milk + baking powder (recipe see story highlight), top with pb & pistachio butter from @nuttie.b + 0kcal maple syrup + unfinished pistachio nuts in the afternoon - match with hot green tea

🌟🌟 Hong Kong Sea Urchin & Egg Omelette Sandwich HKD $58 海膽煎蛋三文治. This is quite strong in the respective ingredient aromas here, no weird add ons to cover up the tastes, good!
🌟 Tofu Fa with Ginger 薑汁豆腐花 $12. Very smooth despite eating the cold version, with some natural soy beans taste too, which is rare in HK nowadays. Definitely up there in HK Top 3 in recent years. No need to add the red sugar, I just put some in for the photo contrast 📸
🌟🌟 Refrigerated Milk Tea 無冰凍奶茶 (1 glass) $15. It comes as either plain or with ginger juice, also available as whole bottles. Super strong yet smooth 👍🏻👍🏻
🌟 秘製咸檸茶 $20 Proprietary Salted Lemon Tea. Also super greatly balanced, natural tasting. Buy one for the hiking!
🤷🏻♂️ Sea Urchin Fried Rice 海膽炒飯 $118. Inevitably this won't be that amazing, but it does use local HK Sea Urchins, unlike the shops near central Sai Kung 西貢碼頭 which in recent years switched to US or Canadian urchins (unless u find the Urchin Boat parked outside, then order from it directly 🛶).
🌟 椒鹽魷魚 Fresh Local Calamari Salt & Pepper style $118 (not ordered this round). The version here carries a 'secret', but no one writes about it somehow. Their proprietary recipe carries some curry flavor 咖哩味, so it's actually a 咖哩椒鹽魷魚 but it's not recorded down officially 🤔 Not sure if I am even suppose to write this online but there u go?

【Tap Mun 塔門 Island, Sai Kung, Hong Kong】is famous for eating these items plus more, it isn't new. But there are some catches that u need to write an explanation book of 📖. Since there are only 5 to 6 shops on the island selling any form of food, and 3 shops converged to sell similar items. But there are indeed differences:
📍新漢記海鮮酒家 = 唔係粉嶺客家菜嗰間 🤣 was always here, selling local Seafood dishes. But they also sell the above. U come for local prawns & squid cuttlefish, fishes, etc
📍新惠和 = *here, is considered the Best for overall recipes of the above, plus their drinks are equally thoughtful
📍新有記 = was originally only a store 士多. But later on they opened a new kitchen at back, then started copying food from the other 2 shops. It's not meant to be as good, but somehow their 鮮炸墨魚丸 is considered the best

How to make Matcha Ice Cream
☞ Container size: at least 800ml
☞ To freeze mixing bowl 12 hours before
✎ Ingredients
heavy cream 250g
sweetened condensed milk 170g
milk 50g
IPPODO matcha powder 15g
✎ Instructions
1. Sift the matcha powder.
2. Add milk into the matcha powder and mix well until it becomes the paste form.
3. Add condensed milk into the matcha paste, slowly incorporating the mixture until smooth. If there are too many lumps, sift it.
4. Pour the cold heavy cream into a freese mixing bowl, whip the cream on medium high speed until almost stiff peaks, be careful not to over whip.
5. Gently add the matcha mixture into the whipped cream, whip on low speed until the mixture becomes thick and airy.
6. Transfer the mixture to an 800~1000ml metal container and freeze for 4-6 hours.

嗨!大家好,我是 Cassandre, 今天的『食不相瞞』要跟大家分享一款不需要冰淇淋機,自己在家就可以輕鬆又快速完成的抹茶冰淇淋,好吃程度完全不輸給市售貴鬆鬆的高級冰淇淋喔。
夏天是享用冰品的季節,過去曾動念想添購一台冰淇淋機,但評估到最後通常是凍箱客滿沒地方塞冰膽、以及冰膽容量太小只能做少量,然後想到一年365天會使用機器的頻率,就直接打消念頭了。
幸好還是有很多不用靠機器的做法,像這次我們要跟大家分享的手工冰淇淋食譜,算是目前為止做過最輕鬆、材料最簡單(只有四種)、口感質地意外地濃郁滑順且無冰晶,你能想像它操作起來只要20-30分鐘、然後就交給冷凍庫,而且全程不用開火煮醬汁,不用等它慢慢冷卻,也不用在冰凍的過程反覆攪打,這簡直太神奇了。
用這個方法自製冰淇淋,可以變化出數十種口味,例如加入即溶咖啡的咖啡口味、加入Oero餅乾變成淇淋巧酥口味、加入切小塊的巧克力變成巧克力口味、加入水果變成水果口味等等,請大家盡情發揮想像力,動手做出你最喜歡的手工冰淇淋。

抹茶冰淇淋 怎麼作呢?
下面是 抹茶冰淇淋 的做法與食譜:
☞ 冰淇淋容器:800ml
☞ 建議提前將金屬打發盆冰凍
✎ 材料 Ingredients
打發用鮮奶油 250g
煉乳 170g
牛奶 50g
抹茶粉 15g
✎ 做法 Instructions
1. 將抹茶粉過篩
2. 用牛奶將抹茶粉調勻
3. 在搽茶糊裡加入煉乳,充份的混合均勻,如果有太多結塊,可以用網目適中 (不要太細) 的篩網過濾
4. 將鮮奶油倒入事先冰凍數小時的金屬打發盆 (夏天一定要冰盆),以中高速打到鮮奶油接近硬性發泡,若無法冰盆,也可以在盆底墊更大冰水盆或冰敷袋。
🍦 由於鮮奶油中沒有加糖,所以打發起來比較沒有光澤,尖勾也比較不明顯,要留意不要打過頭
5. 拌入事先調好的煉乳抹茶醬,用攪拌機以中低速充滿攪勻
6. 把完成的冰淇淋糊倒入金屬的容器中,冷凍 4-6 小時
7. 剛取出的冰淇淋會很硬不好挖,享用前可以把冰淇淋放在冷藏庫5-10分鐘,比較好挖

Tori Soboro Don(for 1 serving)
200 g rice
some Tori Soboro
some Kizami Nori
some spring onion
1 egg yolk
Tori Soboro(for 2 servings)
200 g ground chicken breast
50 ml water
2 tsp Hondashi(bonito soup stock)
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp mirin
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp Kobucha (tea made of powdered kelp)
1 tsp potato starch
1 tbsp water
Miso soup with Shijimi(for 2 servings)
300 g Shijimi
600 ml water
30 g +α miso
